What's going on in our Community
SERVPRO of Chesapeake North
SERVPRO® of Chesapeake North takes great pride in being a part of the Chesapeake community. We understand that communities like ours help to hold America together. We try and do our part to help ensure that the Chesapeake community continues to thrive by helping those less fortunate, and in helping to keep our area and community safe.
Every year our SERVPRO® employees participate and help to support in our Five Days of Giving, an effort where we collect and donate items that are distributed to five different local non-profit organizations. In the past it has been the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, Blankets for the Homeless, the Chesapeake Humane Society, the Children's Crisis Center of Hampton Roads, and to H.E.R, Help & Emergency Response, Inc.
A letter received recently from the H.E.R Crisis Services Manager
Dear SERVPRO® of Chesapeake North,
On behalf of our staff, Board of Directors, volunteers and especially the women and children we serve, we wish to express our gratitude to you for your most generous donation to the H.E.R. Shelter. Your generous gift, received on 2/28/19, is very greatly appreciated. We heavily rely on people's generosity to ensure the longevity of our shelter programs. It is only through the continued support of good friends like yourself that we are able to continue to work toward our goal of eliminating Domestic Violence. We are very proud of the work we do here at the shelter. We are equally proud of the close supportive relationships we have with the community we serve, and in particular, individuals like yourself, who provide us with the necessary resources to keep our agency in operation.
Thank you again for your selfless support and generosity. We hope to hear from you again soon.
